Satellite Connection

Please note that our internet service is provided via satellite technology due to our rural location. While the service is generally reliable, satellite internet may occasionally experience intermittent interruptions or reduced performance, particularly during adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other severe weather events. Things to Know

Nature around you

You're on working ranch land in the Medina River Valley — deer, wild turkey, rabbits, butterflies, and the occasional armadillo are part of the scenery. Please don't feed any wildlife.

Insects

From time to time, especially during hot weather, you may see some insects such as scorpions (non-venomous), spiders, and other bugs that aren't harmful to humans. This is normal in Texas, especially during periods of very high temperatures or after heavy rain.

Water

The Property is supplied by a private water well and is not connected to a municipal water system. The well water is suitable for normal household use, including cooking, bathing, cleaning, etc.
