Things to Know

Trash & bins

Bins are picked up from the shared collection point — housekeeping handles this between stays, so you don't need to do anything.

Heating / cooling

The thermostat is by the entry. We recommend 72°F — the cabins hold temperature well once set.

Water

Tap water comes from our well and is safe to drink. It may taste slightly different from city water — that's normal.

Nature around you

You're on working ranch land in the Medina River Valley — deer, birds, and the occasional armadillo are part of the scenery. Please don't feed any wildlife.

Check-out time

Turn off lights, fans, and the AC/heat before you go.

Wash any dishes you used and leave them drying.

Take out trash to the bin outside the front door.

Lock up / close the door.
